For items that are not in stock or custom-designed options, the lead time is 2-3 days. However, for out-of-stock items not currently on back order or custom-designed products, the lead time is estimated to be 12 weeks from the date of order. This estimate can only be confirmed once an official Purchase Order (PO) has been received. Please note that the lead time excludes artwork and sample approval and also factors beyond our control.
Please note: This lead time excludes bottles, as bottles are produced locally with a lead and delivery time of 2 weeks if not in stock.
