How it Works
How it Works
The Lotion dispensing pump relies on both the components of the bottle and air suction to draw the fluid upwards and fight against the law of gravity. Each time you push down on, or prime, the actuator, the piston puts pressure on the spring and moves the ball upward, taking some lotion/soap product with it. When you release the actuator, the piston and spring return to their resting position, sealing off the housing chamber to stop liquid from flowing back up into the bottle.

Whether an item is a stocked item, or a new order determines its minimum order quantity. For stocked items, the minimum order quantity is determined by the box size. For imported items, the minimum order quantities typically range from 5,000 to 20,000 units.
Samples and technical data sheet will be submitted for customer approval, once samples have been approved and signed off by the customer, samples will be submitted to manufacturing site to ensure all orders are processed as per customer’s requirement and specification. Customer will then supply Centre Packaging with an official order by product reference.
Our product range includes both imported and locally stocked items. Please note that all imported products are not manufactured locally. Typically, the production lead time for these items is around 6-8 weeks, with an additional 4-5 weeks required for shipping.

No, Centre Packaging only procures from 3 manufacturers in China and in Europe. We have strict quality protocols in place and ensure that our suppliers adhere to our protocol’s.
Prior to stock being delivered, Centre Packaging inspects at random to ensure the product meets specification, should the product not meet our or the customer’s agreed specification upon inspection or delivery, stock will be retuned to manufacturer and new stock will be planned for soonest production and re-delivery according to specification.
