Samples and technical data sheet will be submitted for customer approval, once samples have been approved and signed off by the customer, samples will be submitted to manufacturing site to ensure all orders are processed as per customer’s requirement and specification. Prior to stock being delivered, Centre Packaging inspects at random to ensure the product meets specification, should the product not meet our or the customer’s agreed specification upon inspection or delivery, stock will be retuned to manufacturer and new stock will be planned for soonest production and re-delivery according to specification.
